Please review our Return Policy for instructions and accompany the item with your signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity to us at the address listed below. If a "Reflections of Color" item is no longer available, it will be replaced with a product of similar design.

Likewise, the genuine gemstones of amethyst, citrine, garnet, green quartz, peridot, smoky quartz and blue topaz can be abraded or chipped if subjected to hard blows or rough surfaces. We recommend that you remove your "Reflections of Color" jewelry if it may be exposed to rough surfaces, harsh conditions or chemicals.

Return Policy

You may return all undamaged items purchased at JewelrySpecialties.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
